Recently I acted for an elderly friend in selling a property with Cec Mann & Co. Stanthorpe being the Agent.
Right from the start whenthe property wasn’t even officially listed I was impressed with the initial contact to advise that the agent had some interest from a possible buyer.
From there the sale proceeded smoothly with teh Salesman I consider being effecient, contactable and keeping me informed as things progressed. He was also helpful at passing information to and from the buyer.
