Firstly, David and I have bought and sold properties in New Zealand and our worse nightmare was dealing with real estate agents but thankfully we found decent, ‘normal’, down to earth people in Cec Mann. We felt you have done your best to help us and have been prompt in all aspects of this purchase. We would definitely deal with you and Cec Mann in any future dealings. You are why we live here.
