We approached Scott to be our selling agent as we had bought our first block of land about 25 years ago from Cec Mann. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us good advice. He broke his leg early in the piece and it was interesting to see him go from two crutches to one, to a walking stick and then to leg freedom. This slowed him down somewhat, but it didn’t dampen his spirit. His office staff filled in for him from time to time. Our land sold after a while, and we were happy with the price that Scott negotiated for us. And all this in financially constrained times. We will use Scott again if we buy or sell property.
